VRChat correct proportions, made easy in Blender
VRChat uses avatar scale and proportions to determine world VR size and virtual height. If those are off, it ruins immersion. Immersive Scaler is a one-click Blender plugin to match VRChat scale to your world and your own proportions. Also works with ChilloutVR and other games.
Immersive Scaler is a Blender plugin maintained by the Neoneko team. It's designed to fix VRChat avatar scale and proportions with a single click, ensuring your virtual height and world scale match perfectly for optimal immersion in VR.
Import your avatar into Blender and select the armature. In the 'IMScale' tab on the right side of the 3D viewport, click the 'Rescale Armature' button. Tweak options as needed to match your desired proportions.
Target Height: Sets your in-game avatar height. Use the button to retrieve current height.
Upper Body Percent: Controls leg length. Human models typically use 42-45%, stylized models with longer legs go below 40%.
Custom Arm Ratio: Adjusts arm length relative to height. Default is 0.4537 (VRChat default), but 0.43 or lower often feels better.
Additional Options: Fine-tune arm/leg thickness, knee placement, floor offset, and more for perfect avatar proportions.
